APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MICROSOFT CORPORATION AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
This agreement provides that Microsoft will supply the "New Surface" to Sarasota County Schools to be used in classrooms at all levels across the district. These devices will be used for instructional and assessment purposes by students in elementary, middle, and high schools.
Recommendation
That the Microsoft purchase be approved. Budgeted Capital Funds from the Information Technology Department's budget will be used for purchase.
